The Research Computing Services group at USIT presents the Research Computing Services Course Week. The courses take place between October 22nd and Octrober 25th in Kristen Nygaard's house. This time the course week is mostly about Abel.

Tina Lingjærde is new Head of section in SUAF – Section for Development of National Administrative Systems at USIT. Tina goes to the position from the FUS group, where she has been Head of group for 8 years. 

The Universitys Center for Information Technology (USIT) at the University of Oslo has signed a contract for new, advanced computing facilities for research.
