- User research for NRIS (Norwegian Research Infrastructure Services)
- Facilitate and work together with employees, users and stakeholders to increase the value of our services through user research, journey mapping, analysis, concept development, interface design and evaluation.
- Designing lean, efficient and accessible content.
Previously
- Service Designer in UiO's team for Service Development, combining various design frameworks and practices in improving administrative work processes.
- UX and interaction design for the web, mostly based on Vortex – UiO's Web publishing system (CMS) for universities and university colleges.
- Communications advisor and Web editor at Faculty of Medicine.
