AV Support Coordinator
Administrated the tools required for AV support at the University of Oslo. The tools help IT Help staff to provide first-line support over the phone in auditoriums, classrooms, and meeting rooms.
AV Core
Participates as a representative of IT Help in AV Core meetings to ensure good communication between IT Help and AV Core.
Nettskjema Super User
Second-line user support for Nettskjema.
Responsible for IT Help Pages
Maintenance of both internal and public IT Help pages.
Queue Manager in RT for IT Help
Administrates the queues for IT Help.
