Three macro areas: Who are the key people per area?
App dev: (Dagfinn)
Sec Proxy dev: Marcus (NN)
Backend workflow dev: collecting data inside and populate DB and query DB (Leon/Morten)
App Backend: App and WS to collect the output of the query and communicate with the outside devices (Anders, NN, Leon, Dagfinn)
Push Proxy dev: specific for the TSD arch, eventually a commercial service (Anders+NN, ?)

2) we need a second one that possibly will need to have the app published in the App Store --> Dagfinn to find the second.
Sak 5: Milestones
Risk evaluation: for the entire solution it will be made along the year. First draft of the infrastructure for sec proxy and backend+push proxy ready for Espen's reading by end of March.
Sec proxy and authomatic ingestion in TSD from App/WS by July;
end of 2016 solution in production for the use cases

In two week: we meet to analyse the kravspecs of the two use cases.
