User Analysis and Training
We will ensure that everyone at UiO receives the training and guidance they need to be able to use the IT services.
- Analyze and initiate/participate in improvement processes for central IT services
- Manage user-oriented projects and carry out 'improvement sprints'
- Courses for IT tools and the use of AV
- Build specialist expertise in the use of central collaboration tools, as well as participate in competence-enhancing initiatives and courses
- Responsibility for following up instructions and user guides for the IT services
- Quality assurance and assistance in the design of guides for IT services
- Identify and prioritize the need for improvement of guidance in consultation with the web editor and online editorial staff
- Identify and contribute to ensuring that the university has good and effective framework agreements for IT purchases, including software agreements
